About Me

I found Beachbody (now BODi) through a P90 infomercial in 1998. I had never purchased an infomercial program, but there was Tony Horton, on a Beach in Hawaii, looking super fit! Suffice to say, I was a bit skeptical to say the least, but I was at the point in life where I needed to make a change. Back in that time, programs were sold on either VHS or DVD format, and once they arrived, I reviewed the schedule, watched the day 1 workout, and then started the next day. I followed the program to the letter, and in 90 days, I ended up losing 40 lbs!

Not yet having the Coaching program in place back then, I went back to training & eating the way I always had, and ended up gaining back 20 lbs (and not in a good way).

Around this time, I saw an infomercial for Slim in 6. It was a 6 week program, but a different trainer (Debbie Siebers). I trusted the Beachbody (BODi) name from my P90 results, so I ordered it, and began the day it arrived.

It was during this time that Beachbody (BODi) started using message boards for customers to support each other (the Coach Network would later be born from these message boards). I was completely dialed in, and using the message boards daily to not only help with my own accountability, but also to help others on their journey.

I ended the 6 weeks of Slim in 6, down 30 lbs, and feeling the BEST I had felt physically in YEARS! I also ended up winning a transformation contest that took me out to Hollywood to be in a Slim in 6 infomercial. At the end of that trip, I had the honor of meeting Tony Horton in person. Our personalities clicked, and we became fast friends, with me later attending his weekend fitness camps all over the country.

After returning from Hollywood, I immersed myself in one Beachbody program after the next. The programs were well made, easy to follow, and motivational! I also stayed very active on the message boards, “Coaching” others in their journey’s.

I had spent most of my adult life working as a Police Officer. As you can imagine, it was a very stressful & dangerous career, but the workout programs ended up being an amazing form of stress relief, as well as keeping me in top shape, for the often physical side the job can demand.

Fast forward to 2006. Beachbody was looking to launch a network marketing company, which at its inception, was called MDB (Million Dollar Body), later becoming Team Beachbody, and now BODi. I was blessed by a call from CEO Carl Daikeler, inviting me to come onboard as one of just FORTY ONE Founding Coaches. I knew absolutely nothing about network marketing, but I did know Beachbody and the spirit that it embodied, so coming onboard was an easy decision.

Since that time, I built a very successful business with BODi! I also had the pleasure of being a cast member of P90X+, P90X2, P90X3, and 22 Minute Hardcorps. Additionally, I helped co-create the Plyocide workout in P90X2, & the MMX workout in P90X. I also became part of Tony Horton’s Ripped & Ready stage crew, traveling through the United States, Europe, and Japan, bringing fitness to our Military!

Since retiring from Law Enforcement, I have been working full time in the fitness industry as a BODi Coach, Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, MMA Strength & Conditioning Coach, Nutritionist, Police Academy PT Instructor, Police Academy Control & Arrest Tactics Master Instructor, and creating/operating a high stress shooting/fitness program through my own company, Warrior Fit Tactical.

I continue to love helping people reach their goals, both physically and mentally, but most importantly, help them to live healthier, more fulfilling lives! I’d love to have YOU join my team as a customer, or as a Coach!

Life is far too short to not make the most of every second that we have. Live well!
