It’s always an honor, and a pleasure, whenever I get the opportunity to train with our Troops. My wife, Kim, and I had the pleasure of running 2 great workouts yesterday at Scott Air Force base, and we can’t wait for the opportunity to train the Troops again!
This was my 32nd base visit, and I can’t wait for more!! My sincere, heartfelt THANK YOU to all of our Troops serving here and abroad. You are all very deeply appreciated for all that you do!!
I have to give a special shout out to Ssgt. Doug Kost (and his wife Jennifer) from Scott AFB. Doug was my point of contact (POC) at the base, and it was through his efforts that Kim and I were able to come and train with the Troops yesterday!!
