Garmin also has the Vivosport, and this has onboard GPS tracking. It can give you both step and stair counting, the distance traveled, your calories burned, and sleep statistics. Fortunately, there is a long battery life of up to seven days without GPS. It is waterproof for showering or swimming.

The Fitbit Zip runs on a watch battery that is said to last 6 months, so there is no charging necessary. The Zip syncs with the Fitbit app or your computer also. You can track yourself. Cost runs in the $60-dollar range also.
Bigger Ticket Trackers
If a larger cost budget is what you have, you have more choices. You can look at the affordable ones, or you can review the Apple Watch 3, Samsung Gear Fit 3 Pro, or Polar M430. Each fitness tracker has benefits and strengths to why you should get each one.
Whichever one you choose, be sure you use it! Don’t pay big money and not use all the bells and whistles of the fitness tracker!
